Ash is a clinical psychology registrar with extensive training and a commitment to supporting adults 18 years through 80+. He has experience working with individuals in private practice and public health settings, providing individual therapy and assessment. Holding a Bachelor of Medical Science, Graduate Diploma in Psychology, Advanced Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Master of Clinical Psychology, Ash provides evidence-based psychological care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Specialising in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Ash helps clients address a range of mental health concerns. His areas of special interest include obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, and the impacts of domestic and family violence, particularly coercive control.
Believing that each person is the expert in their own life, Ash takes a strengths-based approach to therapy, empowering clients to build resilience and work towards meaningful growth. He is available to see clients Mondays to Fridays, including after-hours appointments.
