Astrid is a Clinical Psychologist who enjoys working with people of all ages. She strives to create a safe, open, and curious therapeutic space for collaborative problem solving. Astrid has worked as a psychologist in a variety of clinical settings such as early childhood development, child and adolescent inpatient services, and private practice. In addition to working with a wide range of clients Astrid has a special interest in working in the treatment of eating disorders, complex trauma, child and adult ADHD, and perinatal mental health. Astrid can offer Family Based Treatment for Adolescents with Anorexia Nervosa (FBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-e). She also offers Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). Astrid holds an endorsement in Clinical Psychology with AHPRA. She has completed a PhD at the University of Sydney with a focus on eating disorders.
