DBT Behavioural Skills Workshop
10 week workshop for adolescents (13-17 years) focussed on mindfulness, communication, distress tolerance and emotional control. Small group of 5-10 young people, designed to be inclusive and supportive. Neurodivergent individuals welcome. Limited space, 10 week program.
Workshop will be led by a registered psychologist and take place at Healthy Connections Clinical Psychology: Shop A/134B Great Western Highway, Blaxland (lower blue mountains).
