Gabrielle is a Senior Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting adults to improve their quality of life and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves. She takes a collaborative and thoughtful approach to therapy and strives to create a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where clients feel supported to explore the challenges they may be facing.

Gabrielle’s therapeutic approach is compassionate, reflective, and evidence-based. She works with the aim of not only improving mental health in the present but also equipping individuals with insight and practical skills they can continue to draw on beyond the therapy space.

Gabrielle works with adults across a broad range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, complex trauma, stress, and adjustment difficulties. She has a particular interest in working with clients to better understand long-standing patterns, emotional responses, and coping styles that may be impacting their wellbeing.

Gabrielle has worked across a range of public and private settings, including inpatient mental health services, outpatient clinics, and private practice. She is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities and brings a flexible, individualised approach to her work.

Gabrielle is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), provides services under Medicare, and is an AHPRA Board-approved supervisor.
