Lego Club

Tuesdays 3:30pm – 4:30pm

Starting 6 May 2025

Join our fun and engaging Brick by Brick program, developed by the LEGO® Foundation. A fun and inclusive space where children’s social and emotional skills can flourish. Through cooperative play, they practice teamwork, problem-solving, and shared decision-making. Kids learn to navigate challenges, express their needs, and build emotional self-awareness — all while creating amazing LEGO® designs.

Age Group: 6 – 12 years old

Duration: 1 hour per week for 8 weeks

Cost: $160.00

Art Therapy Group

Fridays from 12:30pm – 2:30pm

Starting 16 May 2025

Join us for a four-week immersive art therapy group designed to help you explore and process worry thoughts through creative expression. This hands-on experience will invite curiosity, encourage play, and provide a supportive space to navigate anxious feelings in a new way.

Facilitated by Mishy Rowan, provisional psychologist and registered art therapist, and Joon Bae, provisional psychologist, this group will guide you through engaging art-based exercises tailored to help you:

  • Experiment with different art mediums to express and externalise worry thoughts.
  • Gain insight into emotions, thoughts, and inner narratives.
  • Develop creative strategies for self-soothing and emotional regulation.

No prior art experience is needed – just a willingness to explore!

Age Group: 18+

Duration: 2 hour per week for 4 weeks

Cost: $160.00

Growing Together

Fridays 10:00am – 11:00am

Starting 2 May 2025

Growing Together is a 4-week program for parents and babies (6 weeks to 6 months), that focuses on learning infant massage techniques and supporting parent mental health.

Using a cue-based approach, parents can enhance their connection with their baby by recognising and responding to communication signals through gentle touch while strengthening their parent-infant attachment. This program provides psychological support to parents, helping them adjust to the challenges of parenthood and promoting their postnatal well-being.
