“HCCP is a beautiful environment to work in! There is always so much support from the admin staff and the director Tiffany, as well as lovely chats with fellow psychologists.
I find the location in Blaxland to be very convenient and community-like, as well as having easy parking for the day and access to cafes for some lunches. There is a lot of flexibility and opportunities to see a variety of client presentations and ages, and access to so many resources to help out when needed (I especially value how many books the practice has to assist with session planning or cases I’m not as familiar with!).
Overall, I find working at HCCP allows me to have a great work-life balance, and that’s thanks to the ongoing support and sense of belonging that comes with this role.”
