Sarah is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about supporting people with their mental health. Sarah is known for having a warm, friendly and engaging demeanour. She strives to provide a welcoming environment for people to discuss their therapeutic goals.
Sarah graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) in 2021. She has also completed a Certificate IV in Mental Health.
Sarah has worked in multiple private practice settings in addition to a school counselling setting, where she has supported individuals and families. Sarah has a keen interest in helping individuals identify their strengths and opportunities for growth which is evident in her strong experience conducting a range of psychological assessments. In addition to providing ability and achievement assessments, Sarah has undertaken additional training in Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments. Sarah currently works with adolescent and adult clients. Her main treatment modalities are CBT and EMDR, though Sarah also uses elements of DBT and ACT in her work with clients.
Sarah is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She is a Medicare provider and registered with the Australian Health Practioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).
