Mishy is a registered psychologist who adopts a strengths-based, client-centred approach to support individuals to achieve their therapeutic goals. She is known for her warm and engaging style and for creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment.

Mishy works with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and psychosocial disability, and has extensive experience supporting NDIS participants across private practice and non-government settings. She draws on evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed practice, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s individual needs.

With a background in art therapy, where appropriate, Mishy integrates creative and experiential methods into psychological interventions to enhance reflection, emotional processing, and wellbeing. She also has a particular interest in eco-psychology and the therapeutic role of nature in mental health.

Mishy is a Medicare provider and holds full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is also a professionally registered member of the Australian and New Zealand Arts Therapy Association (ANZACATA).
