Nicola is a warm, caring and insightful therapist who is highly trained in a number of effective and evidence-based therapeutic modalities. She has worked with people of all ages, and from many different life circumstances and cultures. She has worked in child, adolescent and family community mental health services, adult in- and out-patient services, refugee trauma and displacement, and Employee Assistance Programs, as well as extensively in her own private practice.
She is particularly skilled at working with people who have experienced acute or chronic trauma, loss and grief, social and other anxiety, and challenging transitions in their lives.
